What to expect on jump day

Arrival time.

Please note that the time of your reservation is your arrival time. Arriving earlier than your requested time does not mean you will jump earlier, but arriving later means you may miss your flight.

PLEASE NOTE [time] IS YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. The process from start to finish can take 2-4 hours. Please be prepared to hang out and wait. Spectators and friends are always welcome. Well behaved, leashed, dogs are welcome provided you have someone willing to watch them during your jump. Bring a book or a small activity if you are not the patient type. We do have WIFI.

Please make sure you include a correct email address as this is where your photos and videos will be sent after your jump. If your identification number is invalid you will be forced to complete the waiver again upon arrival. Please show up with a valid photo ID as you will not be allowed to jump without it.

Skydiving is a WEATHER DEPENDANT SPORT! Please keep an eye on the weather for your scheduled day. We are unable to jump in rain, snow, thunder, high winds or low cloud coverage. If it's not looking good, we will call you to reschedule. Please save our phone number 435-259-5867 so we can properly communicate with you, if needed. You will use this phone number to request access to our facilities upon arrival.

Are you ready for your skydive?! We are looking forward to meeting you, but please come prepared. Our operation is within the barriers of a commercial airport so running back and forth to your car is tricky. (please see parking instructions below)

PLEASE BRING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN WITH YOU:

VALID PHOTO ID- we cannot let you jump without it. If your identification is expired please bring a secondary form of identification such as a passport.

CLOSED TOE SHOES - no flip flops, Crocs, Chacos or TEVAS! Hiking boots or sneakers are preferred.

WATER/ SNACKS - We do recommend eating prior to your skydive. We do not serve food on premises. If you are prone to motion sickness, stick to a lighter meal. IT IS ADVISED TO TAKE ANTI-NAUSEA MEDICATION THE NIGHT PRIOR AND A FEW HOURS BEFORE YOUR JUMP IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT GETTING SICK.

FORM OF PAYMENT- WE DO NOT KEEP CARDS ON FILE! Upon booking, we request a $50 deposit per jumper. You are required to pay the remaining balance upon arrival. We accept Cash or Card. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.

PLEASE DO NOT WALK THROUGH THE VEHICLE GATE. One of our staff members must escort you back and forth through the secured area down to our hanger.

Videos and photos will be emailed to the email address submitted on your waiver. Please make sure the email address is correct. Below are some details about your activity:

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:

When you arrive at the airport, take the first left into the dirt parking lot. Drive all the way to the south end (towards Moab) of the parking lot and park there. From there, walk west, towards the large DARK GREY hanger. At the fence you will see a SKYDIVE MOAB sign. This is where you call for entrance. IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU BRING EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR SKYDIVE IN AT THIS TIME. (Closed toe shoes, identification, form of payment). The gate is locked to everyone but our staff members. Give us a call when you are there and we will come escort you to our hangar.

Cancellation Policy: You have until 48 hours before your jump to request a refund.
